PSEP Founders Educational Award
Total Award: $250
Applicants must be:
1. Current Scholars Club member in the 12th grade with GPA of 3.3 or above.
2. Full-time¹ degree-seeking students for the upcoming academic year at Florida Gulf Coast University..
3. Residents of Charlotte, Collier, Hendry, DeSoto, Glades, and Lee Counties or otherwise specified by the donor organizations and PSEP.
International or out of state student could be considered also.
• This award requires that you submit a 400-500-word essay on, “How being a member in a Scholars Club has prepared me for college.”
1. At least 12 credit hours.
2. Verbiage disclaimer, i.e. official proof of full time college enrollment
3. Based upon availability
AmSouth Bank/ FGCU Scholarship
Total Award: $1000
Applicants must be:
1. Full-time¹ degree-seeking Scholars Club students for the upcoming academic year at Florida Gulf Coast University ,freshman – seniors could be considered at Florida Gulf Coast University.
2. Current Scholars Club member in the 12th grade, with a minimum 3.0 GPA who planning to enroll at FGCU.
3. Residents of Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto,
Hendry, Glades, and Lee Counties or as specified by the donor organizations and PSEP.
· Funds for awards are released when proof of registration is received.
· Active Membership in FGCU’s Scholars Club chapter will be required.²
